Julian Garcia is a California attorney and strategic advisor focused on helping founders build with structure, integrity, and long-term vision. He leads JG Law and Normal Consulting Group—two distinct platforms united by a shared mission: to support growth-minded entrepreneurs and public sector leaders with clear, values-driven guidance.
A first-generation college graduate and former public sector policy analyst, Julian brings deep experience in cannabis regulation, business formation, and cross-entity strategy. He holds both a JD and MBA from the University of Southern California and has advised startups, agencies, and mission-aligned ventures across California and beyond.
But Julian’s work is grounded in more than professional expertise. His leadership is shaped by community service, lived experience, and a commitment to balance—between logic and intuition, structure and adaptability, ambition and well-being. He is a long-time community activist, board member, and mentor. Outside of work, Julian is a competitive bodybuilder, an ocean and beach frequenter, and an advocate for holistic health and spiritual alignment.
