Meet Julian Garcia
Julian Garcia is a California attorney (License No. 345859) and strategic advisor focused on helping founders build with structure, integrity, and long-term vision.
A first-generation college graduate, serial philanthropist, entrepreneur, advisor, and former public servant, Julian brings deep experience in navigating complex systemic barriers to bring ideas into reality. He holds both a JD and MBA from the University of Southern California and has advised startups, agencies, and mission-aligned ventures across California and beyond.
Beyond private legal work, Julian also serves as Principal of Normal Consulting Group, advising governments on the design and management of their commercial cannabis programs. He also volunteers his time for the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Cannabis Section, National Cannabis Industry Association’s State Regulation Committee, Trojan Cannabis Network, and Phi Kappa Psi’s Illinois Epsilon Chapter.
His leadership is shaped by community service, lived experience, and a commitment to balance—between logic and intuition; structure and flexibility; ambition and contentment. Outside of work, Julian is a bodybuilder, an ocean and beach frequenter, and an advocate for holistic health and spiritual alignment.
